The cultural policy of the radical right in the Trump era

Abstract

In this text I propose that, in the current conditions of capitalism, mainly that which develops in  the United States, changes are taking place in cultural policies.
The current conditions are  marked by the rise of a ruling
class that is characterized by a departure from the democratic values that were associated with the development of the post-World War II welfare state and the construction of multilateralism. The cultural  politics developed by the radical right, mainly in the United States, is distinguish by its  greater interventionism in
institutions and the attack on identity politics developed in  the last decades of the last century.
